Farial’s practice areas are residential and commercial real estate and commercial leasing. She always receives great feedback from clients for her attention to detail and communication. From first contact Farial takes the time to walk her clients through all aspects of the transaction and upholds the same level of service throughout the relationship. Her clients value her personal attention and diligence in each stage of the transaction and effectively resolving even the most complicated of transactions.
Farial was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013. She is also a member of the Punjab Bar Council since 1999. After graduating at the top of her class with an honours degree, she joined Amhurst Brown Colombotti and practiced corporate and legislative areas of law. After her call to the Ontario Bar, she started her own law firm, Farial Khan Law, in 2013 focused on Real Estate Law. Farial has been with Garfin Zeidenberg LLP as an associate from 2017-2019 and has rejoined GZ’s Real Estate Law team in 2021.
When she is not helping clients, Farial enjoys knitting, painting, cooking, travelling and spending time with her family.
