Michael E. Garfin, B.B.A., LL.B

Michael E. Garfin is a founder and the managing partner of Garfin Zeidenberg LLP. Michael graduated with an honours degree in business administration from York University’s School of Business, now Schulich School of Business, before attending and graduating from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Michael is available to consult with clients on a broad range of matters. He offers clients the advantage of his extensive business law experience gained in practice since his call to the bar in 1975.

Michael’s practice includes business consulting and negotiating contracts, including those in family law matters. His experience positions him to advise Garfin Zeidenberg LLP clients in many other areas of law.

Martin K. Zeidenberg B.A., LL.B.

Martin K. Zeidenberg is a senior partner of Garfin Zeidenberg LLP, having established the firm with Michael Garfin in 1976.

A Bachelor of Arts graduate from York University majoring in Political Science, Mr. Zeidenberg then attended the University of Western Ontario graduating with a Bachelor of Laws in 1974.

Mr. Zeidenberg practises extensively in the areas of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust Law and Estate Planning as well as in the areas of Business Law and Commercial Transactions, assisting sole proprietors, corporations, partnerships and other ventures throughout his career. Mr. Zeidenberg also has experience assisting non-profit organizations and has served on the Board of Directors of a charitable social service agency.

Louis S. Vittas, B.A. (Hon.), LL.B.

Louis Vittas is a partner and part of our litigation team at Garfin Zeidenberg LLP. Louis provides each client with effective practical advice in the resolution of employment, estate and construction law matters. Louis also advocates on behalf of clients in administrative proceedings in pursuit of their rights under WSIB claims, CPP appeals and human rights issues.

Louis is a class of 2000 graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Faculty of Law, in London, Ontario. He became a member of the Ontario Bar in February 2002. Prior to his legal studies, Louis obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in public administration from York University in Toronto

As an avid sports enthusiast, Louis maintains an active lifestyle outside of the courtroom. When he’s not dribbling down the lane on the basketball court or dodging tackles on the soccer pitch, you will find him attentively watching his beloved Toronto Raptors.
