Jessica’s practice focuses on all areas of civil and commercial litigation, as well as commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes and employment law matters. She also provides assistance with construction lien matters and real estate and mortgage litigation.

Jessica was called to the Ontario Bar in 2014 and joined Garfin Zeidenberg as an associate after articling with the firm. Jessica received her Juris Doctor from Western University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology from McGill University.

At Western Law, Jessica was the recipient of the Gretta J. Grant Prize in Community Legal Service and the Edna Yuet-Lui Chan Memorial Award in recognition of her display of ingenuity, humour, enthusiasm and camaraderie, warmth and breadth of character. Jessica served as Assistant Coordinator of Western Law’s chapter of Pro Bono Students Canada and as a Student Supervisor at Community Legal Services, where she assisted marginalized individuals with criminal and civil matters, as well as advocate for clients facing eviction at the Landlord and Tenant Board. Jessica was also actively involved in Western Law’s advocacy program, enjoying success in several trial and appellate advocacy competitions while also organizing intra-school moots as a member of the Advocacy Committee.

In her spare time Jessica enjoys travelling, photography, spending time outdoors and exploring great food and events around the city.
